Processing Time
All jewelry at Memory Gifts is made to order and fulfilled from the United States. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be crafted and dispatched.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- EU countries: 7–12 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Shipping Rates
- United States: $19.95
- EU: €12.95
- Other international: €19.95
Customs & Import Duties
Domestic US orders are not subject to customs fees. For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
EU customers: please note that orders shipped from the US may be subject to import VAT upon arrival.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
EU Consumer Rights
For our EU customers: under EU law, if your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, you have the right to cancel for a full refund. Please reach out if your order is delayed.
